CLASS SCHEDULE:  sign ups necessary- minimum 5 people
Tuesdays 9:30am Taoist Hatha Yoga Yinasana combined with Tai Chi, Qigong a gentle yet powerful practice. 
Wednesdays 9:30am Yin Yoga support muscles, connective tissue, body healing and rejuvenation. Complements more intense yoga practices/activities (all levels).
Thursdays 12:15 Multi-level Yoga (located at Yoga Loka) postures, alignment, breath & more. Transform with your practice using Yoga and Ayurveda (All levels) (Aspired Elements packages not applicable)

Thursdays 6:00pm Evening Yoga a strong practice to release accumulated tension, encourage better sleep and overall balance. Class ends with restorative postures (all levels). 
Fridays 10:00am Mulit-Level Yoga challenge the body and encourage growth. A well-rounded practice that may include arm balances, head/hand stands and more.
